I found the staff SUPER helpful and informative. The check-in process was very smooth. The rooms were spacious and clean (i LOVE that!).

There was no closet in the room. I had no space to store clothes. The windows did NOT open, unfortunately.

The housekeeping wasn't great. There was hair on the shower floor upon arrival. I reported it, but it wasn't cleaned, even after they said it would be. there were two false fire alarms in the night.

i found that the selection of tea in the room was limited to peppermint only.

i found the location very convenient near the train station. the room felt brand new with modern amenities. the bed was comfortable (i almost didn't want to get up!). breakfast included good options to start the day.

the shuttle service to the airport could use some improvement regarding clear directions.

the room was clean, i suppose.

The tv in my room didn't work at all, it was just a blank screen. i notified reception, but nothing happened. No one came to fix it or offer a solution. also, the air conditioning was really inconsistent. It would work for a bit, then stop.
